Login Help

eSantaFe requires a valid Student ID and Password for all interactive functions
and is available to current and returning students.

Your Student ID

  • If you have ever applied to Santa Fe, you have been assigned a Student ID.
  • Non-students may sign in as "guest" to browse course schedules.

To retrieve your student ID, click the student ID icon. Enter you social security number and date of birth to see your student ID.

First time in eSantaFe?

Your password is initially set to the password that you entered on the admission application. eSantaFe will request that you change your password once you have logged on. Also, the first time you use eSantaFe, you are requested to select a security question and enter an answer to the question. This question/answer will be used for verification should you forget your password.

Your Password

To reset your password, click the password icon. After correctly entering your date of birth, social security number, and answering your previously selected security question, you will be allowed to change your password.

Your password is important, so please remember and safeguard it!

Forgot the answer to your Security Question?

If you do not remember the answer to your security question, please go back and click on the forgot student ID, in order to reset your password and/or security question.
